A very special friend of mine and I, we love eating Tiramisu. But we also love being in shape. And so I searched a long time for a good recipe to bring both together.

A very special friend of mine and I, we love eating Tiramisu. But we also love being in shape. And so I searched a long time for a good recipe to bring both together.
And here is it:
The Low-Fat Tiramisu Recipe. Hope you like it as well as I do. I try my best to translate it in Englisch ;) (See the words in Brackets, they are German)
this is just what you need =) ... but oat bran is missing on the picture o.O |
For the Biscotties:
4 tablespoonful of oat bran ( 4 EL Haferkleie)
2 tablespoonful of maize starch ( 2 EL Maisstärke)
bit bitter almond aroma (Bittermandelaroma)
sweetener (Süßstoff)
2 Eggs (Ei)
1 teaspoonful of baking powder
Take the protein sepearte from the egg and whisk it till its fluffy. Then putt the inner from the egg and the sweetener together. whisk it and at last put the rest also into the creme.
than bake it in the oven till its golden brown. (about 15 minutes usually)
For the Creme:
4 tablespoonful of oat bran ( 4 EL Haferkleie)
2 tablespoonful of maize starch ( 2 EL Maisstärke)

sweetener (Süßstoff)

1 teaspoonful of baking powder

500 g low fat curd cheese (Magerquark)
150 g yoghurt
a bit rum Aroma
a bit sweetener
put all together and make a cream out of it. Then take the biscotties and put bit hot coffee onto them. Put them into a bowl, than change a row of biscotties and cream.
At the end put the cream on the top and then spread kakao pulver on it.
Put it in the Fridge for a few hours. And ready is your delicious Dessert.
If its not sweet enough just change the indegrients of sweetener and the aroma till you have the best result for yourself =)

I like it and because its low-fat i like it much more. And now i have no bad conscience any more! Thanks God that Low-Fat Stuff already exists!
